Sunday, March 8th, sees the return of the women’s take-over of ICR, in celebration of International Women’s Day. The exciting line-up of women presenters will kick off at 8am, with Tomisha Kersey’s regular Voice of Victory show. The shows will go on until midnight, ending with a special edition of Sadie Mac’s Soul Party from 11pm until 1am.

At 3pm, the Mayor of Ipswich, Councillor Jan Perry, will join Elene Marsden on a one-off edition of her Preloved Chica Show. The Mayor will bring along her top four pieces of music, and share why she loves them with Elene.

Before that, at 2 pm, award-winning classical DJ, soprano and commentator Fiona Jessica Wilson will return with a special edition of her show Get Classical with FJ. The show will include a segment on the women Mozart wrote for and an interview with flautist Clare Langan.
