Join ActivLives for the launch of their new range of plants at charity plant nursery. The nursery is in the beautiful walled garden in Chantry Park.

Volunteers will be on hand to show you round and help you pick out perennials for your garden and bedding for your planters. Or why not put in an order for a hanging basket?

ActivSheds will be on hand to sell bird boxes, garden trugs and other wooden items. You can commission a bespoke planter or arrange to have your garden furniture renovated in time for the summer.

Tea, coffee and cakes will be available at Nursery Cottage. So join the volunteers for a cuppa and a chat to find out more about what we do.

If you can’t make it, don’t worry! They are open every Tuesday and Thursday 10am to 2pm, and on certain Saturdays. Please check our website to avoid disappointment.

Every penny you spend with ActivLives goes to supporting the charity to reach out to people in Ipswich and Suffolk. The charity brings people together to learn skills, improve their health and well-being, and connect into their community.

ActivLives do their bit for the environment too – growing varieties which are bee and butterfly-friendly to attract pollinators to your garden, and using environmentally friendly methods and peat-free compost. Customers can return pots, trays and labels to be used again to cut down plastic wastage. Please note, they only accept their own pots, as other returns can become a waste issue.
