The 13th Martlesham Heath Chess Tournament, and 2nd Fundraiser for Debenham High School’s Courtyard Garden, will be on Sunday 29th of June 2025.

Format: 8 Round Swiss Blitz Tournament

1. OPEN (ECF Rated; All ages)
2. MINOR U18 (ECF Rated; Up to 18-year old on the day of the event; ECF Rating <U1300)
Time control: 10 minutes each per game
Entry fee: OPEN section: £15 for adults, £10 juniors. MINOR section: £10 juniors
Prizes: Fun Fruit Prizes: 1st prize: Watermelon, 2nd prize: Melon, 3rd prize: Orange. Note: No Monetary Prizes in this Event.
Hours of play: Doors open at 13.00; Registration: 13.00-13.25; Closing ceremony: 17.45.
