ICR welcomes Jay Az A Rule to the airwaves 10-11PM every Monday. He is “Unapoligetically Spontaneous” as the name of the programme suggests, so expect to hear just about anything, played from the original vinyl, as NCK talks to Jay about his musical journey, his inspirations and the positive mental health benefits of collecting & listening to music.
Adrian Bleese tells of his most intriguing, amusing and baffling episodes working as a helicopter pilot for Suffolk Police and the National Police Air Service. They include rescuing lost walkers, chasing cars down country lanes, searching for a rural cannabis factory, disrupting an illegal forest rave plus many more. And all in a day’s work!
