A local hearing care company is back with another one of its popular charity quiz nights. The night will raise funds for children living with deafness. All About Hearing, a family-run business with two hearing care clinics in Ipswich, is holding the event. It will be in October, in aid of the National Deaf Children’s Society (NDCS).
The charity quiz night is on Sunday 13th October 2024 at Kesgrave War Memorial Community Centre, with a start time of 7.00pm. Teams can include between 4 – 6 members and entry is £6 per person. On the night, there will be a bar, big screen, and plenty of prizes to be won. This is thanks to the generous support from local businesses.
Karen Finch, Director for All About Hearing said “Our charity quiz night back in April was a sell out and raised over £1,200 for some very worth charities. I’d love us to go one better to see if we can beat the total from April. Gather your team, whether it’s your family, friends or work buddies and join us for a night of fun and make a difference!”
NDCS is a UK-based charity which supports deaf children and young people. They provide advice, information, and emotional support to families. Their aim is to create a world without barriers for deaf children, ensuring they have the same opportunities as their hearing peers.
Tickets for the quiz will sell out fast. For details of how to book, please visit allabouthearing.co.uk/quiz.
