The Pub Run Club are holding a free, pop-up running event on the 1st of September at Portman Road. This is a free community running event like no other to get to people of all abilities moving together.

It’s called the Fans 5K.

They will run a 5K circuit with the Ipswich fans. But this won’t be any like any other 5K event as they will be running with their party bag speakers. These speakers will be playing the match day set list including the walk out song.

The Pub Run Club are doing this to raise awareness and money for their charity, Debra.

The Club say, “We would really pleased if you could get behind this as we feel it will bring a real community vibe to the club and area. Not to mention the health benefits of getting people moving and talking. Our moto is have fun, get fit and be social.“
