The Ipswich Unitarian Meeting House will be open every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, between noon and 4pm from May until September. There will be live piano music on most Tuesdays.

Ipswich Unitarian Meeting House retains its original aspect and character more or less intact. This is unusual as few such Meeting Houses have survived, and fewer still without drastic alteration. The rarity is heightened still further by its timber-frame construction. It is believed to be the only remaining example of a purpose-built timber-framed Dissenting Meeting House of its period. In 2021 an extensive restoration project was completed, ensuring the building’s survival for future generations.

The Meeting House stands at the west end of Friars Street, adjacent to the Willis Building. It is a 4 min walk from Ipswich Town Hall.
