Speaking of their music, the band say, “’Otherside’ was the final song written for the ‘Lost and Found’ EP. We all instantly knew it should be the feature single of the EP. The rock/pop vibe connected with us all and was the track we could all picture driving to whilst it’s being played on the radio. Our personal experiences as young adults inspired the EP, which is why it focuses a lot on the current social climate. It discusses issues which we feel all youth are going through and can relate to. We want people to be able to live their lives freely without being ruled by the pressures of modern society with regards to social media and image influences.”

‘Daydreaming’ is the hotly-tipped newcomer’s latest preview of a début EP to follow soon. The EP also includes Kenny Beats collaboration ‘Love Gone Cold’ plus intimate first track, ‘Loaded’.

Atmospheric, soulful but full of movement, ‘Daydreaming’ is about the challenge to connect and ultimately how not to lose yourself around someone new.

Harry says ‘Daydreaming’ is ultimately “a song about personal space. I’m more emotional than I’d like to admit, which didn’t help me get a read on a situation where I could have protected my energy a little better. When I hear the track it reminds me how you never actually know you’re dreaming until you snap out of it.”

Eric Bolton has released his new single, ‘Hello, Angels’, on 28th January.

Following the success of his début solo release ‘Genesis (Let There Be Love)’ which I played in August (Week 9), we heard ‘The Home Light’ in September (week 16). Now Canadian rock singer and songwriter Eric Bolton returns with his brand new single ‘Hello, Angels’ which came out on all streaming platforms on January 28th.

The single tackles the stark contrast between the initial anger that Eric felt towards his religious upbringing, to the celebration of life and freedom of self that he has now. Merging the two emotions, Eric has created a track that shows the constant duality of life, showing that the journey of life may have pain but that pain makes the feeling of joy that much sweeter.

Talking about the track Eric says: “I hope this track leaves a sense of excitement about life and about building a future for yourself where you thrive. There is still the reality of perhaps a negative or painful past, but it shouldn’t be the place where we stay, and the more we step into what’s right for us the more the road becomes clearer and even magnetic.”

Eric is now preparing his first full length album of original music that will be released on June 24th, 2022. He has a website, at ericbolton.ca, and is on Spotify, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube.
